Waiting for God is the directorial debut of celebrated playwright Alecky Blythe. Alecky is known for her Verbatim technique which in 2015 saw her play adapted for screen in London Road. Here her subjects are Raymond and Keith, two homeless friends, as they wait for Raymond to move into the flat the council have promised him.
Written and Directed by Alecky Blythe, Waiting for God is a SUMS production backed by the BFI and Film London starring Nick Holder and Michael Schaeffer in the lead roles.
